I did the same thing with a memory about my grandmother and I swore up and down that I witnessed it. Later when I was older and calmer did I accept the facts that I couldn't have traveled back in time. . . .or maybe I did [Dr. Who theme plays].

As for the Phyllis, the Twin segment, I did drop it. I had recorded a bunch of chapters, used them and when I was going to record more, just wasn't into it. Now that you mention it, I kind of miss the deep throated young lesbian, who's name I can't recall and Auntie Mogs.

I was going to send you the book, and I just looked up at my shelf and couldn't find it. I think I returned it to the swap shop at the Town Dump. If I find it, I'll give you a heads up.Kentiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12298737259315690526noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-21675186.post-4656813847281359222010-10-06T22:42:15.964-05:002010-10-06T22:42:15.964-05:00Hi Kentie,

My father, after hearing me tell this tale, told me that there was no way I could have actually witnessed my grandfather doing that because it happened before I was born. I later realized that what I had thought was a specific memory of the event was actually a memory of what I envisioned in my mind when the tale of my grandfather's heroics was originally told to me.

I am enjoying your talk with "Hello Waffles," and looking forward to hearing the rest of the interview segments.

By the way, am I crazy or did you just abruptly stop the story of that little girl who had a twin she had never met? Maybe I somehow missed the conclusion of it or something -- but I was really kind of into the story and then it seemed to me it was just gone. Kentie, am I dreaming again or did you kind of drop it?

Loving your stuff -- Toppie Smellie.Toppie Smelliehttp://smellcast.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.com
