I make a variation of mashed sweet potatos made with some curry paste and a bit of lite coconut milk. Holy shit is it good.

That sounds really good. I like Indian food, I'll have to try it. Have you read Madhur Jaffreys Indian Cookbook? It is indispensable.

I don't like lamb, but that is me. I do make mashed sweet potatoes and I also make sweet potato hash browns. Much better!

I agree with the "This land is your land..." philosophy but people don't and often cannot agree on things. It seems to be a fundamental fact of human life!
