In this episode: Kaselel! Flatus Show listeners. I talk about Cambridge Favorite Cake and read a poem. I'm still reading Quentin Durward, a novel by Sir Walter Scott, on my Kindle. Quentin is taking the princess to another stronghold so King Louis can avoid a war with Burgundy. I think that America is far too consumerist centered than for its' own good. I also realize that I am a political animal and I care who has the authority and how they are using it. Samuel Barber would still have been 100 this year, he's still dead, but Elliot Carter, another American composer, is still kicking it at 101. If you have any questions, or comments leave them on the blog or call me at 206-984-3617. Enjoy and thanks so much for listening.
